Data we collect
We collect account details such as your name, WhatsApp number and email if provided; health and coaching profile data such as goal, diet, body profile, activity level, target weight and protocol context; messages, meal descriptions, meal photos or media references, weights, activities, macro targets, coaching state, usage and billing identifiers.
How we use it
We use your data to provide coaching, track meals and progress, run safety and moderation checks, manage billing, prevent abuse, support the service, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Health and body profile data is treated as sensitive data and is used only to deliver and improve your coaching experience.
Processors and sharing
Hello Mac relies on providers for WhatsApp messaging, payment processing, hosting, databases, queues, AI model calls, transcription, moderation and nutrition lookup. These providers process data for service delivery and may retain limited records under their own legal, security or operational retention rules.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account from the dashboard account page. You can also message Mac with “delete my data” or contact [email protected]. Live service data is redacted as soon as the request is processed; encrypted backups expire on their normal cycle, currently 30 days.
